Fortbrand Services, Inc., the exclusive North American distributor for the Hagie GST 20, a multi-functional, multi-seasonal airfield maintenance unit, announces that Reno/Tahoe International Airport has taken delivery of the fourth combination Hagie GST 20 airport sprayer/Vammas PS4200 Edge Light Plow in North America.

This unique multi-functional, multi-seasonal unit was developed for airport use in cooperation with the staff of Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport. Currently the equipment is in use at JFK, BOS, MSP and RNO. The unit can be used as (i) a high-speed, precision runway deicer and pesticide/herbicide applicator, saving both time and money in spraying applications, and (ii) as a runway/taxiway light plow and sign cleaner, saving airport operators hundreds of thousands of dollars in performing theses tasks, as compared with traditional labor intensive methods.

A flail mower attachment will be available this spring to enhance the multi-functional, multi-seasonal capabilities of the Hagie GST 20, truly giving all airports more bang for the buck.
