Fortbrand Services, Inc., the exclusive North American distributor for Fresia SpA, an Italian manufacturer of specialized airport snow removal equipment, announces the sale of the first Fresia F2000 multi-function, high-speed compact runway sweeper in North America to the City of Syracuse, NY for use at Syracuse Hancock International Airport (SYR). The City purchased the unit after extensively testing the Fresia F2000 during the 2004-2005 snow season.

Robert Radway, Airport Operations Officer for the City of Syracuse Department of Aviation, stated, "As a result of its multi-functional nature, the Fresia F2000 enables the Department of Aviation to more effectively deploy its personnel during a snow event. In addition, our operator and maintenance crews easily adapted to the unit and it seamlessly blended into our existing fleet of equipment. I have already put in a request for another F2000 in this year's budget."
